Case Study: Cable Imaging Solutions
The Challenge
Cable Imaging Solutions, a leading provider of photographic prints and other graphic needs, had a web site that didn't convey the company's messaging, positioning, and differentiators, which resulted in inconsistencies between their on-line and off-line marketing. Product descriptions and features were not presented consistently, and key benefits were hard to discern. Additionally, Cable Imaging Solutions was not capable of accepting drafts and proofs via the internet due to their large file size.
The Solution
Net Dynasty's redesign integrated Cable Imaging Solutions' existing off-line direct mail promotions with the web site by creating a bright, edgy design, adding interactivity and visual interest with flash-created moving navigation.
The site architecture is deceptively simple, using a reorganized listing of service information to get any information in front of the user in 2 clicks or less.
In addition, the site incorporated a secured file transfer server for customers to quickly upload images directly to Cable Imaging Solutions' staff. A custom-built content management administrative interface that allowed non-HTML savvy administrators to add, delete, and edit site content was also developed.The Benefit
